Last weekend saw the return of the IOTA Contest for 2026. I really like this contest for its focus on contacting far-flung and remote islands across the globe, and for its general camaraderie and good nature. This year, I had a few friends around, and we operated under the Bay Amateur Radio Group (BARG) callsign GX5BAY. All in all, we totalled 597 QSOs covering 68 different IOTA island groups.
